Cervical Range of Motion Exercises
Cervical Decompression Stretch
Hold your left wrist with your right hand, Pull it towards your right hip and lean your right ear down to your right shoulder. Hold 10 seconds. Repeat on oppposite side.
With your left arm across your chest ... use your right arm to pull your left arm toward your right shoulder contacting at the left elbow as shown. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat on opposite side.
With straight arms, clasp your hands behind your back. Lift hands up holding for 10 seconds.
With your hands behind your back. Grasp your left wrist with your right hand. Pull your left arm horizontally to the right. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat on opposite side.
